California Wine Dinner ~ LIOCO Thursday, June 16th 6:30pm $75 per person
LIOCO’s concept has always been to concentrate its efforts on procuring the best available fruit to compose the best possible wines. In order to articulate what LIOCO considers one of its core beliefs, of producing wines that justly reflect origin; they only source fruit from some of the top independent-growers in California. This includes grapes from such esteemed vineyards as; Demuth, Durell, Charles Heitz, Hirsch, Klindt, Michaud, Stuhlmuller and Tollini. LIOCO’s relationships with the respective proprietors allow them maximum vineyard control over their grapes. LIOCO’s winemaking practices are methodically minimalistic; hand sorting, wild yeast fermentations, low or no wood contact and no fining or filtration. The collective results of these vineyard and cellar principles are expressive, well-balanced wines that over-deliver for their price. Join us as we explore LIOCO’s wine with a beautifully paired menu. Call or email for reservations 303.652.0777. Cheers!
