1 tbs honey ¼ tsp coriander
¼ cup sugar ¼ tsp calabrese chili
2 tbs brown sugar ½ tsp salt
1 tsp pure olive oil
Pour hot water over the walnuts. Drain and immediately toss with the honey, sugar and oil. Spread walnuts on a roasting pan. Roast @ 275deg stirring every 7 minutes, until all liquid is gone and nuts have toasted. Dust with spices as they cool.
